The International brand Lush is a fresh, handmade cosmetics company headquartered in the UK. Known for their high standard of customer care, Lush needed a system that allowed their team to assist customers with orders, refunds and re-issues in real-time over the telephone.
Both the online store and customer care back-end are powered by Drupal Commerce, and communicate via services to allow live order baskets to be picked up, modified, or even checked-out by the customer care team.

The system handles the refunding or re-issuing (including partial) of existing orders, taking advantage of Drupal Commerce as a framework to robustly handle taxes, shipping, line items and discounts, payment processing and reporting, whilst integrating with back-end ERP systems.
