TES Global is a digital education company, providing content, resources and community platform within the education sector.

They invited Commerce Labs to design and implement a subscription management solution that brings together their magazine and digital product sales, augmenting their omni-channel capabilities. The project required the phased migration of legacy data, and replaced or consolidated the functionality of several legacy systems.

The outcome was a suite of services and management tools, capable of managing the lifecycle, sale and fulfilment of physical and digital subscriptions products.

The business now has greater flexibility in the creation, marketing and fulfilment of both digital and physical subscription products, whilst customers benefit from the ability to manage their own digital and physical subscriptions in one place, e.g. updating postal delivery or billing details via self-service, or instantly uplift existing offline subscriptions to their online accounts, allowing them to access accompanying digital content and services.
